Meet The Instructor
Saveina Tanner MSN-Ed, RN
I am the owner and educator here at Hearts Restored CPR & Healthcare Training LLC. I take pride in being not only your certified American Heart Association instructor but also a Registered Nurse with an MSN in Nursing Education. My background includes 20 plus years in health care with experience in nursing education, skilled nursing, intensive care, nurse leadership, infection control & quality assurance.

Prepares healthcare providers & required for those working in the healthcare industry such as a hospital, clinic, nursing home, home health, assisted living facility or any healthcare setting.
Teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. Covers CPR/AED and choking for adults, children and infants.
A current (2020) AHA BLS Provider manual (hard copy/e-book) is Required to take this course at an additional cost.

Blended Learning ( online portion, followed by an in-person hands-on skills session) Identical learning concepts as Hands on Training in a flexible manner. Assess & complete the online portion at your own pace. Blended Learning uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to meet the necessary BLS provider knowledge and skill requirements.

Prepares healthcare healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies or personnel in emergency response.
Teaches the importance of preventing cardiac arrest, high-performance teams, early and continuous high-quality CPR, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest care, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
A current American Heart Association ACLS Provider manual (hard copy/e-book) is Required to attend this course at an additional cost.

Prepares teachers, daycare providers, construction workers or anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
Teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watvhing technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.
